This data set describes the effect of different light intensities and temperatures on the photodetection properties of planar-type MAPbBr3 based photodetectors. Data set contains current−time characteristics, photocurrent density, responsivity, specific detectivity and external quantum efficiency as a function of irradiation intensity, Nyquist spectra, and temperature dependence photocurrent density.
