Unattended working memory items are coded by persistent activity in human medial temporal lobe neurons
This dataset includes single-neuron recordings from the human medial temporal lobe (MTL) collected during a working memory task involving dynamic shifts of attention between concurrently stored items. Twelve subjects participated. The data support analyses presented in the publication, showing that both attended and unattended memory items are encoded via persistent neural activity. Provided materials include spike times epoched around the significant events, behavioral data and metadata necessary for replicating the key findings. The raw data are and the data and script for reproduction of the mian figures are in separate folders. All data and scripts are in MATLAB format.
