(Ukryta) edukacja architektoniczna w zabytkowych budynkach. Możliwości edukacyjne spichlerza autorstwa Waltera Gropiusa – studium przypadku

Artykuł omawia wyniki badań podjętych przez prowadzących i studentów Wydziału Architektury dot. zabytkowego spichlerza autorstwa Waltera Gropiusa zlokalizowanego na Pomorzu w okolicach Drawska Pomorskiego. Studenci podjęli się trudnego zadania zaprojektowania nowej funkcji dla spichlerza i jego otoczenia, które uległo degradacji. Fazę projektową poprzedziły liczne badania, które stały się wytycznymi do poszczególnych projektów. Praca odbywała się indywidualnie podczas zajęć z modernizacji obiektów zabytkowych, ponadto spichlerz stał się też tematem dyplomu magisterskiego. Nadrzędnym celem podjętych starań stało się odwołanie do edukacyjnej roli spichlerza, który posiadając nową funkcję, może także edukować w zakresie architektoniczno-historycznym. W artykule omówiono przyszłość budynku, którego właścicielem w 2021 r. stała się fundacja Warsaw Bauhaus.

The article discusses the results of research undertaken by the supervisors and students of the Faculty of Architecture into a historic granary by Walter Gropius located in Pomerania near Drawsko Pomorskie. The students undertook the difficult task of designing a new function for the granary and its deteriorated surroundings. The pro-design phase was preceded by a great deal of research, which became the guidelines for the individual projects. The work was carried out individually during the Modernisation of Historic Buildings course, and the granary also became the subject of a master’s degree. The over-riding aim of the endeavour was to refer to the educational role of the granary, which, with its new function, can also educate in the field of architecture and history. The article discusses the possibility of adapting the building, of which the WarsawBauhaus Foundation became the owner in 2021.
