Przegląd systemów rekrutacji i selekcji do Oficerskiej Szkoły Lotniczej (OSL) w latach 1945–1966

W artykule scharakteryzowano system rekrutacji i selekcji do Oficerskiej Szkoły Lotniczej obowiązujący bezpośrednio po zakończeniu II wojny światowej. Opisano wymagania rekrutacyjne stawiane kandydatom na pilotów wojskowych oraz organizację lotniczego szkolenia selekcyjnego realizowanego przez Aeroklub PRL na potrzeby OSL w Dęblinie. Artykuł przedstawia programy szkolenia selekcyjnego realizowane w latach 1945–1966. Artykuł opisuje przełomowe zmiany wprowadzone w 1956 r. w dziedzinie zakresu, kierunków i metod szkolenia podchorążych, które dotyczyły szkolenia selekcyjnego i polegały na ujednoliceniu systemu szkolenia w ramach aeroklubów, Lotniczego Przysposobienia Wojskowego (LPW) i oficerskich szkół lotniczych.

The article describes the post WWII recruitment and selection system of the Officer’s Aviation School in force. The paper shows recruitment requirements for candidates for military pilots and the organization of air selection training carried out by the Aero Club of the Polish People’s Republic for the needs of Air Force Officer School in Dęblin. The article presents the selection training pro-grams implemented in the years 1945–1966. The article describes the break-through changes introduced in 1956 in the field of the scope, directions and methods of cadet training, which concerned selection training and consisted in the unification of the training system within flying clubs, Aviation Military Training and officer aviation schools.
