Referendum lokalne jako forma bezpośredniego udziału członków wspólnoty samorządowej w polityce lokalnej.

In the work entitled The local referendum as a form of direct participation of members of the self-governing community in the local politics I set out comprehensive analysis of the institution of a local referendum. In each part of this work I wanted to show substantial issues presenting the rules of this institution. My introduction presenting an overall description of the institution. I also discussed the subjective and objective scope of the local referendum and principles and procedures for conducting a referendum. I also focused on a campaign, financing, the result of the referendum and an electoral protest. I also concentrated on the practical side of this institution. On the basis of the figures, I presented the most popular referendum vote and the effectiveness of this form of direct democracy.

W pracy zatytułowanej Referendum lokalne jako forma bezpośredniego udziału członków wspólnoty samorządowej w polityce lokalnej podjąłem się kompleksowej analizy instytucji referendum lokalnego. W poszczególnych jej rozdziałach rozwinąłem istotne zagadnienia, dotyczące zasad funkcjonowania tej instytucji. Rozpocząłem od zagadnień wprowadzających, ogólnie charakteryzujących referendum. Omówiłem również zakres podmiotowy i przedmiotowy referendum lokalnego oraz zasady i tryb przeprowadzania referendum. Poświęciłem także uwagę kampanii, finansowaniu i wynikowi referendum oraz protestowi wyborczemu. Skupiłem się również na praktycznej stronie instytucji referendum lokalnego. Na podstawie danych liczbowych przedstawiłem, do jakich głosowań dochodziło najczęściej oraz jaka jest skuteczność tej formy demokracji bezpośredniej.
