The Leader of the nationalism ideology – political Ernst Jünger ( Political Publications 1919 – 1933).

The thesis is taking up the attempts to deeply analyze the not so well explained character of the revolutionary nationalist Ernst Jünger, also described as the leader of Conservative Revolution.This thesis also elaborates his perception of war opposed to various ideology types such as: Nationalism, Liberalism, Marxism or Socialism. Additionally the thesis furnishes another theory concluding that the writer had anarchistic and magic-realistic tendencies as well as the relations between the political publications thought of the conservative revolution with one hand and modernity on the other. The reader becomes acquainted with the reality of Europe during the twenties and thirties of last century, especially writer's perception and opinions on his own country and its political situation. Moreover the thesis is undertaking an attempt to conclude the yet unanswered question ‘Who was Ernst Jünger? and whether his publicist achievements and his doctrine have any chance for usefull implementation in our century, or not. The research method used through the writing of this study was mainly a penetrating analysis of Jünger’s political publications from the yeaduring the period 1919 – 1933, in addition to confronting it with the publications of other authors from the same period.

Praca podejmuje próbę scharakteryzowania niejasnej, reprezentowanej przez Ernsta Jüngera formuły rewolucyjnego nacjonalizmu, mieszczącego się w ramach tak zwanej „rewolucji konserwatywnej”. Przedstawiona tu zostaje jego własna percepcja wojny oraz zaprezentowany stosunek pisarza do ideologii takich jak: nacjonalizm, liberalizm, marksizm czy socjalizm. Postawiona też zostaje teza na poparcie anarchistycznych i realistyczno – magicznych skłonności pisarza. Praca podejmuje próbę opisania relacji łączących myśl polityczną publicysty z rewolucją konserwatywną z jednej, a współczesnością z drugiej strony. Poddana analizie jest tutaj również rzeczywistość Europy lat dwudziestych i trzydziestych ubiegłego wieku, a w szczczególności stosunek pisarza do własnej ojczyzny i jej ówczesnej sytuacji politycznej. Podejmowana jest jednak przede wszystkim, próba odpowiedzi na wciąż otwarte pytanie: kim był Ernst Jünger oraz czy jego dorobek publicystyczny ma jakiekolwiek zastosowanie w dobie dzisiejszej a stworzona przez niego doktryna - szansę na adaptację we współczesności? Metodą badawczą użytą podczas pisania niniejszej pracy była przede wszystkim wnikliwa analiza publicystyki politycznej Jüngera z lat 1919-1933 i konfrontowanie jej z publikacjami innych autorów z tego okresu.
