Formal and informal structures in organization - case study

This paper aims to analysis of formal and informal structures in the selected organization. The role of these structures is considered in the context of the impact on employees’ effectiveness and their identification with the organization. The study contains characteristics of different organizational structures and key elements of the structure of any business. Also, the issue of division of labor and responsibility is presented. The material shown in this paper is based on a theoretical analysis and feelings of examined respondents. In the last chapter, are presented results obtained in the interviews conducted with employees of Voxel S.A Company.

Niniejsza praca ma na celu analizę formalnych i nieformalnych struktur w wybranej organizacji. Rola tych struktur jest rozważana w kontekście wpływu na efektywność pracowników i ich identyfikację z organizacją. Opracowanie zawiera charakterystykę różnych struktur organizacyjnych oraz najważniejsze elementy składające się na strukturę każdej firmy. Również dokładnie została przedstawiona kwestia podziału pracy i odpowiedzialności. Materiał przedstawiony w pracy opiera się na analizie teoretycznej oraz odczuciach badanych respondentów. W ostatnim rozdziale, zostały przedstawione wyniki uzyskane w wywiadach przeprowadzonych z pracownikami firmy Voxel S.A.
