Opinia osób młodych na temat chirurgii rekonstrukcyjnej i estetycznej

Obecnie chirurgia rekonstrukcyjna i estetyczna osiągają szczyty popularności. Coraz więcej młodych osób wykazuje zainteresowanie tą tematyką, także rozważa wykonanie operacji w przyszłości. Celem przeprowadzonych badań było poznanie opinii młodych osób na temat chirurgii rekonstrukcyjnej i estetycznej. Do zgromadzenia materiału badawczego posłużono się metodą sondażu diagnostycznego. Jako technikę zastosowano ankietę, natomiast za narzędzie badawcze posłużył autorski kwestionariusz ankiety. Badaniem objęto 168 osób w wieku od 20 do 35 lat.Większość badanych osób nie chciałoby się poddać operacji z przyczynestetycznych. Jednak w przypadku, gdy w wyniki wypadku, bądź choroby doszłoby do deformacji ciała, większość osób zadeklarowała się, że poddałoby się operacji rekonstrukcyjnej. Badani uznali, że operacje estetyczne pomagają odzyskać pewność siebie i pozbyć się kompleksów, a rekonstrukcyjne umożliwiają powrót do dotychczasowego funkcjonowania i wyglądu. Dla młodych osób największymi wadami operacji plastycznych są ryzyko wystąpienia powikłań oraz wysoka cena zabiegów.

AbstractCurrently, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery reach heights of popularity. More and more young people are showing interest in the subject, also considering the implementation of operations in the future. The aim of this study was to investigate the views of young people about reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. The research material was gathered from a diagnostic survey. Survey was used as a technique and the proprietary research tool was based on a questionnaire. The study involved 168 people aged 20 to 35 years.The majority of respondents was unwilling to undertake a surgery for aesthetic reasons. However, if as a result of an accident or a disease the body would be deformed most people declared that they would agree to have a reconstructive surgery.Respondents felt that the aesthetic operations help regaining your confidence and get rid of complexes and that a reconstruction allows to return to the previous functionality and appearance. For young people the biggest drawbacks of a plastic surgery is the risk of complications and high cost treatments.
