Pedagogical aspects of leader –organizer of cultural activities in example of Rajcza community

Praca skupia się na działalności liderów (animatorów) w społeczeństwie lokalnym na przykładzie gminy Rajcza. Autorka w szczególności skupia się na pedagogicznym wymiarze działań podejmowanych przez badane osoby.W rozdziale pierwszym autorka przedstawia podłoże animacji społeczno – kulturalnej, rozumienie tego pojęcia, strategie działania, jej zadania oraz metodykę.W rozdziale drugim autorka charakteryzuje pojęcie środowiska lokalnego, więzi społecznej, społeczności lokalnej oraz osobę lidera (animatora) lokalnego oraz wymiary jego pracy.Rozdział trzeci stanowi opis zastosowanej w pracy metodologii badań, a więc wybranych metod i technik. W rozdziale tym także został przedstawiony przedmiot i cel badań, sformułowany problem badawczy i problemy szczegółowe oraz zostały scharakteryzowane grupy badawcze.W rozdziale czwartym zostały zaprezentowane wnioski płynące z przeprowadzonych badań wśród liderów (animatorów) lokalnych oraz mieszkańców gminy Rajcza. Natomiast podsumowanie zawiera w sobie uogólnienie wyników badań.

Work focuses on operation of leaders in local society in example of Rajcza community. The author particular focuses on the pedagogical aspect undertaken by the investigated person.In the first chapter author presents the concepts of Socio-cultural animation, the principles, strategy of work, task and methodology.In second chapter the author characterizes the concept of local communities, the ability of group to participate and manage the social reality in which they live and describe the role of local leader and the aspects of his work.The third chapter provides a description of methodology used in work. This chapter presents also the object and purpose of the research that are used to examine the role of animation in local communities.The fourth chapter presents the conclusions of the study among the organizers of cultural activities and local residents of the Rajcza community. Summary contains the conclusions from research results.
