Hiring foreigners as a formal and legal aspects of integration policy in Poland

This thesis concerns the problem of employment of foreigners in Poland. Its purpose is to answer the question of whether the existing legislation in this field help or hinder the integration of foreigners in Polish society and undertake employment in our country. The starting point for discussion on this subject is to explain the key concepts of thesis and a diagnosis of the situation concerning the influx of foreigners and the existence of integration policy in Poland. Subsequent chapters contain descriptions of all stages - from the legal border crossing until undertake a legal work by a foreigner. Ending of thesis answers the research question and describes the conclusions of the analysis of the problem.

Praca dotyczy problemu zatrudniania cudzoziemców w Polsce. Jej celem jest odpowiedź na pytanie, czy istniejące przepisy prawne w tym zakresie ułatwiają, czy utrudniają cudzoziemcom integrację z polskim społeczeństwem oraz podejmowanie zatrudnienia w naszym kraju. Punktem wyjścia rozważań na ten temat jest wyjaśnienie kluczowych dla pracy pojęć oraz diagnoza sytuacji dotyczącej kwestii napływu cudzoziemców oraz istnienia polityki integracyjnej w Polsce. Następnie opisane zostały wszystkie etapy - od legalnego przekroczenia granicy aż do momentu podjęcia pracy przez cudzoziemca. Zakończenie pracy zawiera odpowiedź na pytanie badawcze oraz wnioski z analizy poruszanego problemu.
