Użycie środków przymusu bezpośredniego przez Policję podczas zatrzymania - prawdy i mity

Praca miała na celu zbadanie stosowania środków przymusu bezpośredniego przez Policję podczas zatrzymania w kontekście poznania prawd i mitów w tym zakresie. Zawarta została w niej próba weryfikacji tego jak sytuacje związane z zatrzymaniem przez funkcjonariuszy Policji wyglądają w rzeczywistości a jak wyglądać powinny. Dodatkowym zamysłem pracy było zbadanie dlaczego tak często zdarzają się rozmaite incydenty podczas zatrzymania przez Policję i kto za taki a nie innym obrót spraw odpowiada. Meritum pracy są wyniki ankiet, których to założeniem było znalezienie odpowiedzi na problematyczne kwestie za sprawą zbadania tematu z dwóch przeciwnych perspektyw : funkcjonariuszy Policji oraz zatrzymywanych. Za sprawą porównania obu grup pojawiły się zaskakujące wnioski, niestety na większość problemów ujętych w hipotezach nie udało się znaleźć jednoznacznej odpowiedzi.

This paper was written to investigate the use of coercive measures by the Police during the arrest in the context of the knowledge of the truths and myths in this area. It was contained in the attempt to ascertain how situations of arrest by Police officers look at reality and how should they look like. Another intention of the study was to investigate why there are often various incidents during arrests by the Police, and who for such a development is responsible. Meritum of the paper are the results of the surveys, which are the foundation to find answers to difficult issues through examining the topic from two opposite perspectives: Police officers and detained. Through the comparison of the two groups appeared surprising conclusions, unfortunately, most of the problems contained in the hypotheses were unable to find a definite answer.
