Autorytet nauczyciela na wsi- zmiana na przestrzeni pokoleń

Głównym obiektem mojej pracy, jest to, w jaki sposób ludzie rozumieją pojęcie autorytetu- kto lub co może go stanowić w środowisku wiejskim. Istotny jest dla mnie także wizerunek nauczyciela, to w jaki sposób jest on w stanie zbudować swój autorytet zarówno wśród całej społeczności wiejskiej jak i wśród grupy swoich uczniów. Wszystko to, przedstawione zostało w rozumieniu trzech grup pokoleniowych: dziadków, rodziców oraz dzieci. Dodatkowo, odbyły się trzy rozmowy z ekspertami z tegoż środowiska: księdzem, dyrektorem szkoły oraz wójtem.

Main object of my work is how people define authority- who or what could be included in this concept in rural enviroment. Secondly, very important for my reserch is portrait of teacher in the countryside- how can build authority – not only in all of countryside`s community but also the closest- among groups of students. All of this was showed in thoughts of three groups or generations- grandparents,parents and childrens. In addition to this, there was three conversations with members of experts group from this enviroment: the priest, the principal of primary school and the major.
