Planowanie kariery studentów kierunków pedagogicznych w zawodzie nauczyciela

The research problem concerns the relationship between the teaching competences of pedagogical students with the characteristics of their personality and their emotional intelligence. The research sample included 105 people. The following measurement tools were used in the study: NEO - FFI (NEO - Five Factor Inventory), the Emotional Intelligence questionnaire and the Kompenece Questionnaire. Research shows that competences and personality traits are extremely important when planning a career, especially in the teaching profession.

Problem badawczy dotyczy związku kompetencji nauczycielskich studentów kierunków pedagogicznych z cechami ich osobowości oraz ich inteligencją emocjonalną. Prób badawcza obejmowała 105 osób. W badaniu zastosowano następujące narzędzia pomiarowe: NEO – FFI (NEO – Five Factor Inventory), kwestionariusz Inteligencji Emocjonalnej oraz Kwestionariusz Kompetencji. Z badań wynika, że kompetencje oraz cechy osobowości są niezwykle istotne przy planowaniu kariery, zwłaszcza w zawodzie nauczyciela.
