Analysis of the concept of human resources management on the example of a company

Poniższa praca zawiera opis zarządzania firmą, personelem, działanie przedsiębiorstwa na przykładzie jednej z firm budowlanych, która zajmuje się dekarstwem. Zostały wyjaśnione zagadnienia związane z tematem Zarządzanie Zasobami Ludzkimi oraz przedstawione dane badanej firmy. Tematy jakie zostały poruszone to przyjmowanie pracowników, ich zadania motywowanie czy wynagradzanie. Pokazane zostały też ograniczenia jakie istnieją między kierownictwem a pracownikami oraz krótkie pomysły na ich eliminacje i pojawiających się błędów. Część badawcza polega na przeprowadzeniu ankiet i rozmów z pracownikami oraz kierownictwem firmy, Uzyskane informacje przeanalizowano i przedstawiono wnioski.

The following work describes the management of the company, personnel, operation of the company on the example of one of the construction companies that deals with roofing. The issues related to the topic of Human Resources Management were explained and the data of the examined company were presented. Topics that were raised were the recruitment of employees, their tasks, motivating and remuneration. There were also shown restrictions that exist between management and employees as well as short ideas on their elimination and errors. The research part consists in conducting surveys and interviews with employees and company management. The information obtained was analyzed and the conclusions presented.
