The administrations servant role regarding the citizen

The aim of the thesis is to present the administration's servant role towards the citizen. The thesis is divided into three chapters in which the following topics will be addressed. The first chapter describes the topics concerning the axiology of administrative law. The next section is devoted to the actions that the administration directs towards citizens. The last most elaborate chapter concerns the answer to the question of how the citizen can influence the administration to actually perform a servant role. With, a particular distinction between the role of the citizen as the subject of administration, the subject of control over administration, and the subject of participation in administration.

Celem pracy licencjackiej jest przedstawienie służebnej roli administracji względem obywatela. Praca jest podzielona na trzy rozdziały, w których zostaną poruszone następujące tematy. Rozdział pierwszy opisuje tematykę dotyczącą aksjologii prawa administracyjnego. Kolejny fragment jest poświęcony działaniom, jakie administracja kieruje w stronę obywateli. Ostatni najbardziej rozbudowany rozdział dotyczy odpowiedzi na pytanie, jak obywatel może wpływać na administrację, żeby rzeczywiście wykonywała rolę służebną. Ze szczególnym rozróżnieniem roli obywatela jako podmiotu administrowanego, podmiotu sprawującego kontrolę nad administracją oraz podmiotu uczestniczącego w sprawowaniu administracji.
