Omówiono również przepisy dotyczące jej składu oraz jego wpływu na działalność tej instytucji.

The Sejm Committee of Inquiry is an institution included in the Constitution, which takes part in the realization of the control function of the Sejm. The topic of this thesis is the parliamentary committees of inquiry and the impact that political conflicts have on their functioning. It also discusses the provisions of its composition and and its impact on the activities of this institution.
