Innovative solutions in the HR management process on the exam- ple of the IT industry

Temat pracy dyplomowej innowacyjne rozwiązania w procesie zarządzania kadrami na przykładzie branży IT wybrano ze względu na dynamiczny rozwój branży IT oraz jej specyfikę, która często wymaga nowatorskich podejść do zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi. Praca składa się ze wstępu, trzech rozdziałów i zakończenia. Rozdział pierwszy zawiera zagadnienia teoretyczne na temat pojęcia i znaczenia innowacyjności w zarządzaniu. Kolejny rozdział przedstawia proces zarządzania personelem – etapy, narzędzia i wyzwania. Ostatni trzeci rozdział zawiera analizę badawczą, innowacje jako kluczowy element systemu zarządzania personelem w przedsiębiorstwie UDTech. Praca kończy się zakończeniem, bibliografią i spisem rysunków oraz tabel.

The subject of the diploma thesis, innovative solutions in the HR management process on the example of the IT industry, was chosen due to the dynamic development of the IT industry and its specificity, which often requires innovative approaches to human re- source management. The work consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclu- sion. The first chapter contains theoretical issues on the concept and meaning of innova- tion in management. The next chapter presents the personnel management process - stages, tools and challenges. The last, third chapter contains a research analysis, innova- tion as a key element of the personnel management system in the UDTech enterprise. The work ends with a conclusion, bibliography and list of figures and tables.
