Zarządzanie a społeczeństwo obywatelskie : normatywny i problematyczny zakres pojęć

In the modern world, more and more processes are connected with management. It seems that ideas are also subject to this process. The research objective is to theoretically present the problem of defining the idea of civil society in the context of management and direct democracy. The basic premise for taking up this topic is a certain research gap. The article is developed on the basis of the literature available on the topic, using the method of analysis and comparison. The essence of the normative issue in ideas is also highlighted. The analysis has shown the imprecision of the very idea of civil society, the problems of normative limits of its management, especially in the context of direct democracy, and un- clear intentions of the legislator and the enactor.

We współczesnym świecie coraz więcej procesów powiązanych jest z zarządzaniem. Wydaje się, że także idee podlegają temu procesowi. Celem badawczym jest teoretyczne przedstawienie problemu definiowania idei społeczeństwa obywatelskiego w kontekście zarządzania oraz demokracji bezpośredniej. Podstawową przesłanką podjęcia tej tematyki jest pewna luka badawcza. Artykuł opracowano na bazie dostępnej literatury tematu, z zastosowaniem metody analizy i porównania. Zaznaczona została też istota kwestii normatywnej w ideach. Analiza wykazała nieprecyzyjność samej idei społeczeństwa obywatelskiego, problemów normatywnych granic jej zarządzania, zwłaszcza w kontekście demokracji bezpośredniej, niejasnych zamierzeń ustawodawcy i uchwałodawcy.
