Prawne ujęcie mobbingu z perspektywy 20 lat obowiązywania kodeksowej regulacji : uwagi "de lege lata" i "de lege ferenda"

The study was devoted to a brief reflection on the current but also proposed project related to changes in the scope of the applicable definition of mobbing. The article mainly contains the author's reflections as well as an attempt to assess the direction of changes included in the draft amendment to the Labor Code. The content of the study therefore refers to both the applicable case law and current views of the doctrine, and also draws attention to the shortcomings which, in the author’s opinion, the analysis of the proposed changes suggests.
