Information science and chaos theory

The work examines interdependences (interrelations) between information science and chaos theory. Some suggestions are made about opportunities how to use propositions and predications, postulations and conclusions resulting from chaos theory for various orientations of information science (discipline) and for describing subjects its investigations (information, people, informations behaviours etc.).

Artykuł omawia powiązania informacji naukowej z teorią chaosu. Przedstawia możliwości wykorzystania tez i twierdzeń, założeń oraz wniosków płynących z teorii chaosu dla różnych orientacji informologii jako dziedziny oraz dla przedmiotów jej badań, tzn. dla samej informacji, zachowań informacyjnych, ludzi biorących w niej udział itp.
