In the article, using of approach of the systems is examined for a management industrial enterprises. A resource base comes forward as an object of management, subject are functional subdivisions. Influence of external and internal environment is considered, management functions are taken into account, the subsystem of feed-back is distinguished. It is proposed in the paper the organizational and economic mechanism of management an industrial enterprise with the selection of informational streams.
