Mobbing in Organization Management - An Analysis of Court Documents

The purpose of this elaboration is finding the answer to the following question: Is mobbing present at work at the area of our country and what are the consequences? Due to the fact that there are no complex tests in this field, in particular in Poland, and also due to the changes that occurred in Polish legislation, the authoress has undertaken the analysis of the judicial documents on the mobbing effect in one of the voivodehips selected by a random choice. The documents include numerous evidences for mobbing events at work in the form of testimonies by the victims and witnesses of the mobbing, sick leaves and medical documents from the treatment of persecuted employees including the evidence of authentic post-traumatic stress syndromes caused at work. .
