Ryzyko zawodowe w odczuciach subiektywnych

The following study presents general assumptions underlying subjective assessment of health and safety risk at work, and the validity of application of this method in practice. It has been pointed to advantages of the method in conditions where there is great psychological load and work pressure. It has been emphasized that this method takes into account both specific psychophysical qualities of each individual worker, as well as groups, depending on: gender, age, education, work experience, type of load. This Information can be used for managing work conditions and efficient implementation of preventive actions. The presented results refer to bank workers, and municipal facility workers. They show significant differences in subjective feelings regarding health and safety risk assessment.
