Zagrożenia naturalne w kopalniach Kompanii Węglowej SA. Część 1. Zagrożenie tąpaniami

W artykule omówiono skalę występowania i działania związane z prewencją najpowszechniej występujących zagrożeń naturalnych w kopalniach Kompanii Węglowej SA. Przedstawiono osiągnięcia w prewencji zagrożeń, jak również kierunki działań w podnoszeniu bezpieczeństwa pracy. Część I. Przedstawiono zmiany wielkości zagrożenia tąpaniami w okresie ostatnich dwudziestu lat i działania podjęte po powstaniu KW SA zmierzające do polepszenia jakości ocen stanu zagrożenia. Scharakteryzowano nowoczesne metody sejsmologiczne do bieżącej oceny zmian stanów zagrożenia wdrażane w kopalniach Kompanii Węglowej SA we współpracy z Głównym Instytutem Górnictwa.

The article discusses the scale of occurrence and the prevention activities related to the most common natural hazards in coal mines of Kompania Węglowa SA. It presents the achievements in the prevention of the hazard as well as trends in activities on improvement of the work safety. Part I presents the changes in the size of rockburst hazards in the last twenty years and the actions taken after the establishment of KW SA, focused on improvement of the quality of the risk's assessments. It characterizes modem seismological methods for the current assessment of changes in the state of the hazard which are being implemented in the mines of Kompania Węglowa SA in cooperation with the Central Mining Institute.
