Ropopochodne w odpadach wiertniczych i analiza związanych z nimi zagrożeń środowiska

Crude oil and petroleum hydrocarbons are contaminants dangerous for environment. Contamination can take place as a result of activity of oil and gas exploration and production industry. Besides accidental spills water and soil pollution can be caused by crude oil components or petroleum products coming from drilling wastes, especially produced during drillings with oil-based mud. In this paper the results of investigations of oil concentrations in drilling wastes are presented as well as assessment of their negative impact on environment, and comments on waste management.
