Metody badania stabilności SEE w planowaniu długoterminowym rozwoju KS

W artykule zbadano wpływ sposobu i dokładności modelowania układów automatycznej regulacji nowych bloków wytwórczych na wskaźniki oceny stabilności systemu elektroenergetycznego. Wskaźnikami oceny są czasy kry-tyczne trwania zwarcia tkr oraz odpowiadające im współczynniki zapasu stabilności kt, czasy połowienia t50% oraz czasy regulacji t15%. Zaprezentowane wyniki badań są próbą rozstrzygnięcia, jaki wpływ na wnioski wynikające z analiz stabilno-ści ma sposób modelowania bloków wytwórczych.

An effect of the way and accuracy of modeling automatic control systems of generating units on pa¬rameters of the power system stability evaluation has been investigated. The evaluation parameters are the fol¬lowing: values of the critical short-circuit time tkr, and corresponding to them values of the stability margin kt, and the regulation times t50% and t15%. The obtained results make an attempt to establishing the effect of the way generating units are modeled on the conclusions following from the power system stability analyses.
