Dylematy strategiczne energetyki konwencjonalnej

There is the transition from coal-based power sector to renewable energy. Conventional electrical power plants and heating plants are a temporary tool enabling the development of RES. Transformation of the Polish energy sector will have consequences for the operation of the coal mines. The pace of change must be adapted to local social and economic conditions. Conventional energy dilemmas relate primarily to the timing of introduction of the new, alternative technologies and to principles of financing of the conventional power plants and electrical power and heating plants in a changing market.
