Obliczanie prętów zginanych i ściskanych metodą ogólną według PN-EN 1993-1-1

Opisano podstawy metody ogólnej, a także przedstawiono przykład jej użycia w odniesieniu do przekroju teowego, z wykorzystaniem metod analitycznych, a także programów komputerowych. Na podstawie aktualnego stanu wiedzy oraz otrzymanych wyników podano zalecenia projektowe w przypadku stosowania metody ogólnej.

This paper presents the theoretical background of the general method. Furthermore, the paper provides calculation example of the use of the general method for checking the stability of T-section steel member. Analytical methods and computer programs were applied. Design recommendations regarding the use of the general method were given based on the state of the art and results of calculations.
