Accounting and analytical provision of the current trends in the development of the con struction industry in Ukraine

The article is devoted to the study of the main difficulties for the construction industry in Ukraine and the prospects for the development of construction in the current conditions. The article provides statistical data on the state of the construction industry and the impact of the war on the activities of construction companies. The article considers the peculiarities of construction accounting in Ukraine and analyses the state of the construction industry in Ukraine, the realities of functioning of construction enterprises and the possibilities of their further work, and highlights the general trends in the development of construction in Ukraine. The ways to optimise the work of construction enterprises for effective functioning under the constraints imposed by the war are investigated. The need to introduce new strategies for managing the activities of construction enterprises for the further reconstruction of Ukraine is considered.

W artykule dokonano analizy głównych trudności, z jakimi boryka się branża budowlana w Ukrainie, a także przedstawiono perspektywy rozwoju budownictwa w obecnych warunkach. Zaprezentowano dane statystyczne dotyczące aktualnego stanu branży budowlanej oraz oceniono wpływ działań wojennych na funkcjonowanie przedsiębiorstw budowlanych. Skoncentrowano się na specyfice rachunkowości w sektorze budowlanym w Ukrainie, przeprowadzając analizę stanu sektora budowlanego w Ukrainie, realia funkcjonowania firm budowlanych i możliwości przyszłych prac, zarysowując ogólne tendencje w rozwoju tego sektora. W artykule rozważono również potencjalne strategie optymalizacji operacyjnej firm budowlanych, mające na celu ich efektywne funkcjonowanie, w warunkach konfliktu zbrojnego. Ponadto, zastanowiono się nad koniecznością opracowania nowych strategii zarządzania dla firm budowlanych, które umożliwią dalszą odbudowę Ukrainy.
