W niniejszej pracy zaproponowano koncepcję zwiększenia zdolności przepustowych korytarzy transportowych w regionie sieci transportowej. Przedstawiono algorytm określania „wąskich gardeł” w korytarzach transportowych. Pokazano przykład określenia zdolności przepustowej korytarza transportowego. Zaprezentowano schemat strategicznego planowania zdolności przepustowej w regionie sieci transportowej.
