Poziom i determinanty aspiracji dowódczych oficerów

The article presents theoretical background of commanding aspirations through specifying their concept, typology and hypothetical determinants. The further part deals with delineating methodological assumptions of the conducted studies and describing the results of the studies on determinants of officers’ commanding aspirations through identifying types of officers’ aspirations, percentage structure pertaining to commanding aspirations levels and factors that determine these aspirations.
