Analiza pól temperaturowych hartowanego materiału

W pracy przedstawiono analizę pola temperatury, pola gradientu temperatury oraz pochodnych tych pól występujących w procesie chłodzenia (hartowania) w materiale części poddanej temu zbiegowi. Określono wielkości ekstremalne analizowanych pól, dynamikę ich powstawania oraz cechy charakterystyczne analizowanych zależności. Sformułowano zalecenia umożliwiające osiągnięcie mniejszej dynamiki rozwijania się pól temperaturowych w hartownym materiale części.

The analysis of temperature field, temperature gradient fields in the quenching process of material undergoing such treatment, as well as the derivatives of them, are presented in this paper. The extreme values of analyzed fields, the dynamic of creation and dependence characteristics were determined. The recommendations allowing achieving lower dynamic of creation of temperature fields in hardened parts were formulated.
