Synergia w dostępie do przystanków transportu publicznego

Artykuł jest poświęcony problemowi zapewnienia dostępności przystanków transportu publicznego dla osób niepełnosprawnych. Autorzy skupili się na problemie występowania znacznych różnic wysokości na dojściach do przystanków i na sposobach umożliwiających ich pokonywanie – pochylni i urządzeniach dźwigowych. Na przykładzie jednego z przystanków opisali sposób optymalnego zapewnienia dostępności, wprowadzając pojęcia dostępu: uniwersalnego, niezawodnego i elastycznego.

This paper deals with the problem of ensuring the accessibility of public transport stops for people with disabilities. The authors focused on the problem of the occurrence of significant differences in altitude in the access to the platforms of the stops and on two ways of overcoming them – slipways and lifting devices. On the example of several selected stops they described how to optimise accessibility by introducing the concepts of access: universal, reliable and flexible.
