Niniejszy artykuł zawiera w sobie przegląd literatury w zakresie sposobów definiowania elastyczności organizacji. Ukazano również cechy współczesnej elastycznej organizacji oraz wynikające z nich poziomy elastyczności. W artykule zidentyfikowano elastyczność organizacji w taksonomii modelu SCOR, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem mierników skuteczności działania. Elastyczność organizacji jest ściśle związana z kategorią zwinność. Elastyczność organizacji jest przemapowana na dwie grupy mierników skuteczności działania obrazujących reakcje organizacji na wzrosty i spadki parametrów płynących z otoczenia.

This paper contains a review of the literature on how to define the flexibility of the organization. It shows the characteristics of the modern flexible organization and the resulting levels of flexibility in the organization. The paper identifies the flexibility of the organization in SCOR model with particular emphasis on performance measures. The flexibility of the organization is closely linked with the category agility. The flexibility of the organization is remapped into two groups of measures the effectiveness of the organization showing the reactions to the upside and downside change of parameters from the environment of organisation.
