Automatyczne sterowanie temperaturą układu wytłaczarki i głowicy

W artykule opisano budowę oraz przedstawiono schemat głowicy wytłaczarskiej o przekroju cylindrycznym. Opisano, na czym polega regulacja temperatury i jakie elementy są niezbędne do jej realizacji. Autorzy stworzyli schemat układu regulacji oparty na sterowniku PLC. Do tego układu został zaprojektowany odpowiedni algorytm, który steruje pracą opisanego układu. Przytoczony proces został zamodelowany i zasymulowany w środowisku Matlab/Simulink.

The paper presents the construction and schema of extrusion head with cylindrical cross-section. The paper describes control system of temperature and shows components which are necessary to realise that function. The authors designed schema of temperature regulation system based on PLC. The authors created the algorithm which controlled the work of described system. Described process has been modeled and simulated in Matlab/Simulink environment.
