Ocena cech jakościowo-użytkowych półmasek filtrujących stosowanych w kopalniach węgla kamiennego

W artykule przedstawiono metodę oceny cech jakościowo-użytkowych półmasek filtrujących powszechnie stosowanych w polskim górnictwie węgla kamiennego. Opisano sposób przeprowadzania badań ankietowych wśród pracowników narażonych na długotrwałą ekspozycję szkodliwych dla zdrowia pyłów kopalnianych. Zaprezentowano autorski algorytm obliczeniowy stopnia ważności cech jakościowo-użytkowych półmasek filtrujących. Przeprowadzone badania pozwoliły na wyznaczenie hierarchii ważności jedenastu cech jakościowo-użytkowych półmasek i ustalenie ich odpowiednich wag.

The purpose of this paper was to develop a method of quality and utility assessment of filtering half-masks used in Polish hard coal mines. At first the main aspects of health harmful dust hazard prevention in hard coal mines, as well as different types of half masks were described. A correct use of filtering equipment in the underground mining conditions seems to be the biggest problem in order to prevent pneumoconiosis. High temperature and humidity may affect the protective efficacy of different half masks. Authors of this paper presented a method to evaluate the quality of filtering equipment used in hard coal mines and to establish a hierarchy of parameters together with their importance. A procedure of conducting survey among mining workers exposed to health harmful dusts and an algorithm for calculating an importance of each parameter of filtering half-masks was prepared. Based on the survey results the hierarchy of parameters together with their importance were determined. The most important parameters of half-masks according to the miners are tightness and humidity resistance. Due to conducted survey all parameters taken into account were ranged and evaluated.
