The article presents a description of two methodologies for the selection of measures in order to create a system for reporting key performance indicators in the enterprise. The stages of implementing KPIs have been described after having characterized them in advance and in which areas they should be developed. Indicates the reference of indicators with critical success factors and the implemented strategy of the organization.
