Opracowanie przedstawia rozwój projektu geotermalnego na Podhalu z podaniem istotnych parametrów technicznych i ekonomicznych oraz perspektyw rozwoju. Początki projektu geotermalnego były trudne ze względu na pionierski charakter przedsięwzięcia. Biorąc jednak pod uwagę uzyskane efekty jest to niewątpliwie sukces.

The paper presents the development of geothermal heating project in the Podhale region and provides with some information about its technical and economic aspects and future prospects. The beginning of geothermal project was difficult due to the pioneering nature of the project. However, taking into account results obtained, undoubtedly it is a success.
