Metoda oceny efektywności inwestycji odlewniczej w warunkach ryzyka

Studia wykonalności projektów inwestycyjnych wymagają prognozowania wielu niepewnych parametrów. Do ich opisu powszechnie używa się rozkładów prawdopodobieństwa. Rozkłady te w połączeniu z symulacją Monte Carlo stanowią mocne narzędzie analizy efektywności inwestycji w warunkach ryzyka. Metoda ta została zilustrowana przykładem oceny efektywności i ryzyka projektu inwestycyjnego w jednej z polskich odlewni.

Feasibility study of investment projects involves long-term forecasting of independent and depended variables. Since there are numerous sources of uncertainties in the variables involved in the estimation, distributions are used instead of deterministic values. In this paper a method for risk assessment which uses a combination of probabilistic analysis and simulation is described. A numerical example taken from one of the polish foundry is presented as an illustration of the method.
