Monitorowanie parametrów jakości energii elektrycznej w sieci dystrybucyjnej Vattenfall Distribution Poland GZE SA w systemie SCADA WindEx

W artykule przedstawiono, jak duże znaczenie ma dla przedsiębiorstwa dystrybucyjnego posiadanie odpowiedniego systemu monitorującego parametry jakościowe energii elektrycznej (JEE). Jest to podstawowy warunek, aby mogło ono utrzymywać te parametry na wymaganym poziomie. Opisano taki - stosunkowo tani - system monitorujący, który powstał poprzez uzupełnienie istniejącego systemu telemechaniki i systemu SCADA o dodatkowe, niezbędne funkcje. Instalacja pilotażowa systemu monitorującego działa poprawnie w GZE SA od 2003 roku. Obecnie w GZE SA jest realizowany projekt wdrożenia systemu monitorowania parametrów JEE w sieci dystrybucyjnej 110/20/6 kV.

The article presents how important it is to own a suitable power quality monitoring system (JEE) by a power distribution company. This is the base for maintenance of power quality at a required level. A relatively inexpensive monitoring system has been presented - the system was created as a supplement to the existing remote control system and SCADA system by adding additional, necessary functions. A pilot installation of the monitoring system has been functioning correctly in GZE since 2003. The project to introduce a new power quality monitoring system in 11O/20/6kV distribution network is being carried out.
