Organizacyjno-techniczne determinanty funkcjonowania systemu pracy w budownictwie

Artykuł prezentuje wyniki badań ankietowych przeprowadzonych wśród pracowników dużych przedsiębiorstw budowlanych województwa podkarpackiego. Skupiono w nim uwagę na ocenie systemu pracy, formułowanej zarówno przez kadrę kierowniczą, jak i przez osoby pracujące na stanowiskach robotniczych. Przedstawiono również wymagania, jakie musi spełniać system pracy, aby mógł być uznany za sprawny i efektywny, z uwzględnieniem cech specyficznego środowiska pracy w budownictwie.

The article present the effects of the information gathered from a question noire among the workers of the big building firms of Podkarpackie vojevodship. The great attention was concentrated in this article upon the forms of work formulated both by the managing staff and by the persons working as labourers. The requirements, which the system of work must fulfil in order to be admitted as effective and competent taking into consideration the features of the specific circle of work in the building trade was also, represented here.
