Diagnostyka stanu technicznego izolatorów przepustowych średniego napięcia

W referacie przedstawiono zasady sprawdzania jakości izolatorów przepustowych średniego napięcia (SN) za pomocą metody radiograficznej (RT) oraz pomiaru wyładowań niezupełnych (wnz). Ostatnie badanie jest jedną z pozycji zawartych w badaniach wyrobu normy [5]. Dodatkowo badania te rozszerzono o próby napięciem probierczym przemiennym. Z uwagi na negatywne wyniki pomiaru wnz za pomocą metody RT udało się określić lokalizację wtrąceń gazowych i ich korelacje z poziomem rejestrowanych wnz.

The paper presents principles of checking the quality of medium voltage MV busbars insulators by X-ray method and measurement of partial discharges (PD). The last test is one of the items included in the product standard [5]. In addition, these tests have been extended by power frequency voltage withstand test. Due to the negative results of the measurement, the X-ray method successfully determined the location of the air voids and their correlation with the level recorded partial discharges.
