Odświeżanie mas formierskich z mieszankami bentonitowymi

W referacie przedstawiono wyniki badań masy obiegowej w Odlewni Żeliwa ZETKAMA oraz badań laboratoryjnych parametrów mas formierskich poddanych działaniu wysokich temperatur. Masy doświadczalne sporządzano z zastosowaniem trzech gatunków mieszanek bentonitowych. Stwierdzono zanik własności wiążących lepiszcza w wysokich temperaturach spowodowany szamotyzacją bentonitu. Wykazano korzystne własności mieszanki bentonitowo-kormixowej produkcji ZGM ,,Zębiec".

The paper presents the results of examination of circulating molding sand at ZETKAMA Cast Iron Foundry and the results of the laboratory examination of the parameters of molding sands subjected to the high temperature influence. The experimental sands have been prepared using three types of bentonite mixes. The loss of binding properties has been observed in high temperatures due to calcination process. Advantageous properties of the bentonite-kormix mix produced by ZGM ,,Zębiec" have been stated.
