Badania przenoszenia farby fleksograficznej

Artykuł jest kolejnym z cyklu publikacji autora związanych z badaniami procesu przenoszenia farby w technologii fleksograficznej (1-5). Przedstawiono w nim metodykę i wyniki pomiarów istotnych właściwości materiałów zastosowanych w badaniach procesu przenoszenia farby fleksograficznej. Dotyczyły one głównie oceny parametrów podłoża i form drukowych oraz charakterystyki powierzchni dysków dozujących farbę na formę. Wyniki badanych parametrów przedstawiono w tabelach, na wykresach i obrazach w 3D.

The article is a continuation of the author’s publication series describing tests of ink transport in flexographic technology (1-5). The previous publication presented the theoretical dependences and the conducted experimental tests. This one focuses on the methodology and the research results on the important properties of materials used in the tests on flexographic ink transfer. They mainly refer to evaluation of parameters of the substrate and printing plates and characteristics of the surface of the ink dispensing discs. The results of the studied parameters are presented in tables, graphs and 3D images.
