W gospodarce wolnorynkowej występują różne formy realizowania inwestycji infrastrukturalnych. Dopuszczalne jest realizowanie inwestycji infrastrukturalnych przez podmiot prywatny taka forma współpracy nazywa się partnerstwem publiczno-prywatnym. Celem artykułu jest wykazanie, iż w Polsce formuła partnerstwa publiczno-prywatnego też może być wykorzystywana do realizacji inwestycji w zakresie infrastruktury drogowej.

In the free market economy appear different forms of realizing of infrastructural investments. Admissible is realizing of infrastructural investments through the private subject such form of the collaboration is called a public-private partnership. For purposes of the article the proof is, that in Poland the formula of the partnership public-private can also be used to the realization of the investment within the range the road-infrastructure.
