Influence of method calculations on accuracy determination of heating metallic charge temperature distribution

The paper presents the comparison of calculation results of the temperature distribution in the heated and cylinder. The calculations are carried out on the base of analytical solution and by the numerical method. Numerical calculations were made with taking into account constant thermo-physical parameters and with taking into consideration dependence of these parameters on the temperature. One variant of calculations was carried out to account for the heat of phase transition.

W pracy przedstawiono porównanie wyników obliczeń rozkładu temperatury podczas nagrzewania płyty i walca, przeprowadzonych na podstawie rozwiązania analitycznego oraz metodą numeryczną. Obliczenia numeryczne wykonano wielowariantowo, zakładając niezmienność parametrów termofizycznych materiału oraz uwzględniając zależność tych parametrów od temperatury. W jednym z wariantów obliczeń uwzględniono ciepło zachodzącej przemiany fazowej.
