Na przykładzie działalności 7 gospodarstw rodzinnych weryfikowano metodykę szacowania potrzeb i możliwości inwestycyjnych gospodarstw podejmujących technologiczną i ekologiczną modernizację. Stwierdzono duże zróżnicowanie uwarunkowań rozwojowych i inwestycyjnych, zależnych od intensywności produkcji, wydajności pracy i powierzchni użytków rolnych.

The survey and study concerning activities of 7 family farms created a basis to verify the methodology of estimating investment needs and possibilities on the farms undertaking their technological and ecological modernization. Wide differentiation was observed as regards the development and investment conditions of particular farms, depending on production intensity, work efficiency and the acreage of agricultural land in the use.
