Fuzarioza kłosów i ziarna pszenicy ozimej (Fusarium spp.) w różnych systemach uprawy

W latach 2002-2004 przeprowadzono obserwacje dotyczące występowania fuzariozy na kłosach dwóch odmian pszenicy ozimej ('Korweta' i 'Mewa') uprawianej w systemie ekologicznym, konwencjonalnym, integrowanym i w monokulturze. Określano procent kłosów z symptomami choroby i stopień jej nasilenia. Fuzarioza kłosów w większym nasileniu wystąpiła w latach 2002 i 2004. W systemie ekologicznym, gdzie nie prowadzi się zabiegów chemicznych przeciwko patogenicznym grzybom, objawów fuzariozy nie było więcej aniżeli w systemach z prowadzoną ochroną fungicydową. Z ziarniaków izolowano głównie Fusarium poae, F. tricinctum, F. culmorum.

In years 2002-2004 there were carried out observations on the incidence of Fusarium Head Blight on two cultivars of winter wheat (Korweta and Mewa) grown in the organic, conventional, integrated system and monoculture. The per cent of heads with disease symptoms and their severity were assessed. Fusarium Head Blight occurred in a higher intensity in years 2002 and 2004. Organic system, where chemical treatments against pathogenic fungi are not allowed, FHB symptoms was not more often observed than in other systems with full chemical protection. Among fungi isolated from kernels Fusarium poae, F. tricinctum, F. culmorum dominated.
