Nearly 57% of investigated firms have confirmed, that before fusion or overtaking an other firm, analyse the levels of quality management systems applied in them. The power of global corporations is very often comparable with the power of countries. Why they take so profound attention related to quality management systems? It is interesting to observe that in Far Eastern corporations this share is over 62% and in European - ca. 43%. American corporations include this performance in 59%. The positive verification of that economic and corporate attitude confirms the significance of quality in global approach to development and progress in productive and social sense.
