Artykuł jest próbą przybliżenia projektu mającego na celu zbadanie możliwości utworzenia kolejowego korytarza transportu towarowego między Holandią i Polską, a także próbą oceny stanu i perspektyw rozwoju transportu towarowego między tymi krajami wraz z identyfikacją istniejących barier i propozycją wskazania połączeń kolejowych między Polską i Holandią.

There is in the paper an attempt at description of the project exploring the possibilities of creating rail goods transport between Netherlands and Poland and an attempt at not only an assessment of present stage and prospect of goods transport development but an identification of existing barriers and formulation of proposals of rail connections between Poland and Netherlands as well.
